Weapon bracket

First developed and produced for the Norwegian Armed Forces and modified according to the special needs of customers, the new type of weapon bracket is light, durable, and flexible. The weapon bracket is suitable for attaching both new and older types of firearms to armoured and non-armoured vehicles, heavy equipment, and ships.

The possibility of locking the weapon bracket makes it also suitable for use in police and security service cars. In any event, such as an explosion under a vehicle, the bracket does not break under the weight of the weapon and allows enough movement of the weapon to prevent damage. The brackets are equipped with a movable front and rear mount and are made of aluminium and stainless galvanised steel. They have been tested both in laboratories and in peacekeeping missions on the machines of the defence forces of various countries and have proven their reliability and comfort.

To ensure the reliability of the weapon bracket the technology was based on three main principles — the product had to be light, the details durable, and the flexibility of the bracket had to be preserved, so that in any occasion it would not break under the weight of the weapon and the weapon would not be damaged.

Container solutions

We design, manufacture, and rebuild as special solutions standard-size opening 3-in-1 and 2-in-1 and non-opening 1-in-1 containers according to the desired functionalities.

The containers are in the transport position in the dimensions of a standard 10-, 20-, or 40-foot sea container, are transportable as standard, mobile, and can be quickly and easily set into the working position. The properties and colour of the panels and the functionality of the container can be designed according to the desired purpose. It is possible to add, for example, electric and weak-current systems or ensure autonomous operation with an electric generator, create water supply and treatment systems, and meet special requirements for air exchange and indoor climate.

With the interaction of containers with different properties, i.e. as modules, a great number of functionalities can be covered at the same time and in all areas of life where mobility, speed, and autonomy are necessary. It can be used on the ground, in a car, or on a trailer.

Superstructures and accessories for trucks and trailers

We design, produce, assemble and install trucks and trailers as well as truck superstructures and accessories, both for the development of new solutions and the reconstruction of existing ones.

Black, reinforced, special, and stainless steels and aluminium are used for production. The bodies can be sandwich panel solutions, composite boards, and other modern materials, depending on the intended functionality. The construction can be compact or open in different directions. Superstructures can be equipped technical systems and additional equipment, such as heating, ventilation, cooling, water and sewage solutions, water treatment systems, various electrical and automation solutions, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

Truck and trailer superstructures are mostly ordered by companies offering special solutions such as tow trucks, technical assistance trucks, etc.

Compact stacker

As a result of extensive development work, we created an original solution for automating the stacking and bundling process in the wood industry that has compact design, small dimensions, and modularity.

The goal was to create a solution that would not take up more floor space than a person needs to do the same job and that would also fit into the company’s production area, where the stacking and bundling process has been manual until now. The device is configurable according to many different needs and parameters. Together with the compact stacker and bundler, we offer additional devices for interfacing the stacker and bundler with other production equipment, such as roller paths, conveyors, kickers, buffer zones.

Stainless furniture

We design and manufacture special-purpose furniture from stainless steel, mainly in the fields of medicine and industry, on a project-by-project basis and in small series.

All requirements for the properties of devices installed in or on the products, such as weight, fastenings, heating and cooling, as well as requirements for transport and vibration resistance are taken into account, and the furniture is produced according to the desired functionalities.

We have designed and produced furniture sets and accessories for the field hospital of the Defence Forces in various combinations and modifications.
